The Law Society is conducting this survey to help us best respond to the proposals in the government’s consultation on reforming the home buying and selling process. 

Your feedback will help the Law Society explore awareness of upcoming government initiatives and policy changes on the digitisation of the home buying and selling process and put forward members views to government in the consultation responses the Law Society submits.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. All responses will be treated confidentially. 

At the end of the survey, there is an optional invitation to take part in focus groups on 3rd and 8th December 2025. Participation is voluntary, and not all respondents will be selected if requests to take part exceed the capacity.
